With a lifelong passion for motorcycling and years of hands-on experience, Ricky leads the company with a modern, forward-thinking approach. His focus on innovation, quality, and customer experience has helped A1 Elite grow and strengthen its reputation within the community.

Ricky’s key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing fleet maintenance, handling office administration, meeting and greeting customers, and coordinating the transportation of motorcycles to the DVSA test centre, conveniently located next door to A1 Elite Motorcycle Training.

Known for his friendly, professional, and approachable style, Ricky is dedicated to maintaining the company’s high standards while continually evolving to meet the needs of all customers.
